25% [Vanguard Information Technology ETF](https://investor.vanguard.com/investment-products/etfs/profile/vgt)
This is great but I remember hearing some meme or something like that"just follow whatever x is doing" And the women I was thinking of is Nancy Pelosi. Why dont more people follow politicians that obviously are profiting off of insider trading?
