How do I start investing with $200 in this day and age? And what should I invest this money into?

I have about $200 to play with and I want to start investing but I don’t really know what direction to go with this money and what will really be a good stock to put this money into. I also don’t know when I should put it into the market to get my best rate of return. If yall have some good advice you could share with me that would be amazing! I’m not looking for the super complex over explained way just some good tips that can lead me in the right direction and won’t overwhelm the brain.
