supreme court says no, white house says yes... are we in a 'tariff loop' now?

woke up and saw the market is back to panic-selling cuz of the new 15% tariffs lol. i thought the scotus ruling on friday was supposed to fix this but i guess not.

im trying to audit my portfolio to see which of my 'tech' plays are actually manufacturing in the us vs who is getting hammered by these new 15% import taxes. i noticed $AAPL and some retail names are already sliding.
