I just had a Roth IRA rollover clear and I'm ready to put this lump sum into a portfolio for the next forty years- just kind of forget about it.
I currently have VOO and VXUS in my Roth IRA, as well as a separate brokerage account that holds NVDA and TTWO. As you can see, I am relatively tech focused.
So here's my plan.
I want to go 70% US, 30% International, where in the US side of things, I am going 80% large caps, and 20% mid/small caps.
56% VOO
14% VXF
=70% US
and then,
30% VXUS
What are we thinking about this plan? I need to mention, I am 25, I live in America, and I recently bought a house with my fiance and we have a mortgage together.
