100K in stock market 25M unsure if i should invest into more real estate?

Im 25M i have around 110k in the stock market which includes 25k in my roth 30K in my traditional and 52k in my personal investment account! Now that im making more money unfortunately i cannot contribute into the roth anymore. I put 1k a month into my investment account. I guess my question is I have alot of my money in the stock market doing really well last year i did avg 40% across my retirement accounts my investment account i just started. Should I go into real estate? I just built my first house last year but Im thinking of diversifying my portfolio into vacant lots hopefully to potentially build one day! I also have another 40K cash sitting in my bank account which im about to transfer into a HYSA! Any recommendations are appreciated
