What is the general consensus around active vs passive management in Emerging Markets.
The classic advice especially with boggleheads is low fee index funds over long time horizons, which does consistently beat active management. However, a lot of this advice is for developed economies and provide examples in developed economies.
Does this hold true in emerging markets especially in Latin America and Africa.
