Is this a long correction or something else going on ?

New to all of this with some retirement funds and about 6 more years to invest but really nervous with the long red streak and don’t want to sell hold to buy back in but what the hell is going on? I know we do t have a crystal ball but is it just a good time to buy ? Thing is I have a lot of tech mag7 which is making me nervous

I also have etfs but everything seems to be going down. I’m in Canada and want to,load up my ffsa as well, any suggestions , not averse to some risk .
