So CME is finally working on a rare earth futures contract for Neodymium and Praseodymium. NdPr prices have been soaring and are already 40% higher this year, so the timing is kind of crazy. I'm sure it's the right thing for banks to get a tool for hedging these projects so they can actually lend to Western mines without the risk of being wiped out, but I am guessing retail is gonna make this totally crazy when it comes out.
