My question is if you need to use your emergency fund for an “emergency” like your car breaking down or sudden medical expenses and you drain your EM fund down do you stop all of your regular investments and just work to build the EM fund back up or do you split it and put a lower amount into investments and the difference into the EM fund until it is replenished fully?
