I'm muslim. We don't get into interest by strict religious rulings so getting into investing is very tricky.
I know gold > cash. And that investments > gold, but I need time to figure out the investments. I want to protect my savings from inflation at the very least while I take time to be very meticulous about investing choices. So I am sitting at step 1. Is there any other hedge against inflation the way gold works or is that the best tool against inflation? And instead of storing physical gold at my home, is there a more "liquid" / digital way to hold gold?
