Best reputable investing apps with low fees and fast withdrawals (Excluding Robinhood.)

I’m looking to find a solid investing brokerage/investing app that isn’t Robinhood to invest a bit of cash to do mild swing trades on. It needs to be bulletproof and the potential payouts need to happen sooner rather than later. Most I’ve tried in the past are really slow and require a whole lot of time to facilitate any transactions. Any recommendations? I really want a second account elsewhere. But in my experience Robinhood mops the floor with others in terms of speed, overall costs, and ease of use.
