I am looking for an agent or property to invest in early-stage, but I can't find anything in the lower brackets. Most are for commercial buildings. The properties I am looking for are mostly studios or two-bedroom apartments in first and second tier city. In other countries it seems to be easier to find things. Usually in tourist hotspots like turkish beaches. Could it be that it's a language barrier thing? Even AI can't really tell me anything useful
