Korean stock market: 17 years to April 2025, +82%. April 2025 to today: +108%. How not a bubble?

I confess I am not an expert, but…th Korean stock market (KOSPI) looks like a bubble to me right now. As the title , price is ridiculously up. For international investors, what’s the easiest way to short it? Particularly ETFs. I can see a few regular direction ETFs but no inverse ones
