Well, I’ve been going back and forth on this and figured I’d ask people who’ve actually been there or done it.
Lately I’ve been thinking about buying a luxury property in Miami. Part of it is investment-driven, but part of it is lifestyle too, like I could genuinely see myself retiring there down the line. The weather, the energy, being near the water… it’s all appealing in a way that’s hard to ignore.
What I’m trying to figure out is whether high-end property in Miami really makes sense long term, or if it’s more of a lifestyle purchase that just happens to hold value. I’ve even thought about talking to a luxury real estate in Miami just to understand the market better, but I’m still very much in the research phase.
For anyone who owns it or seriously considered it, did it work out as an investment, or do you see it more as paying for a certain way of life? Would love to hear honest experiences.
