Is this rally real, or just a handful of big names pretending？

So honestly I’ve been scratching my head a bit watching this market lately. Everywhere you look, people say “the market’s strong” and “bullish forever,” but when I look at the individual names I own or watch, most of them feel like they’re just… sitting there. It’s like a few massive megacaps are doing all the heavy lifting while the rest barely budge. Maybe I’m looking at the wrong data, or maybe I’m just misreading the situation, but it doesn’t feel broad to me.
