Im losing confidence in the US market as a place to park my long term capital. What are my options?

Honestly Im losing a lot of confidence in US market and want to diversify my exposure to it, but everything seems to rely on america and there really is no denying how systemically important the US is to the world and the rest of the world’s markets always seem to underperform in comparison.

What are my options or is the US really the only place for good capital appreciation without me needed to put in months of research to buy niche stocks in international markets to hope to make a good profit.
