EM value has returned around 13%/yr since 1929, way outperforming most other indexes in that time frame. People ignore it because of FOMO at seeing recent US tech stock outperformance but forget that mean reversion is a thing. Just because EM has underperformed the last 2 decades doesn't mean it will continue to do so for the next 2 decades.
There is no reason not to throw it all into an Avantis EM factor ETF.
