There is a small Finnish company that is really undervalued, only traded in Stockholm and Helsinki, but I'm sure you can figure it out, do your own math. Sotkamo Silver, SOSI.
With the current price of silver, and assuming it stays at this level, this company could be worth much more. I have stock in this, so I'm biased, but I can't get the math to math how it's so cheap. Please prove me wrong if you know better!
