I woke to an email that they had purchased shares for me, an order I didnt place. The website says to email their fraud deparment them so I did that. They replied saying they cant do anything via email so I need to call them. I call them, they say they dont have a fraud department.
The guy on the phone just keeps reading out that I purchased one million SPY shares at $690 per share. Zero help. WTF can I do???? I hate Vanguard.
On my trading account it says the trade was only 1,000 shares, but even if that is the correct number, I dont have a spare 690k lying around!!
