Hey everyone, I've got the opportunity to invest in a project that needs 400k and will begin to turn a profit in \~2 years. I can't afford the monthly payment if I did a HELOC or SBL. Is there a loan/financing option that has a lower/longer or deferred repayment structure? any thoughts or ideas would be great.
