ERShares Private-Public Crossover ETF (XOVR) - Only Up 6% over Past 12 months?

I know in most markets 6% isn’t bad, but over the past 12 months for an etf with tech and spacex how is it only up 6.4%? I was looking for spacex exposure and came across it but I feel like I must be missing something. Maybe Google or the Ark fund with spacex and private markets exposure are the way to go to get it.
