How will you (age 50+) prepare for a potential lost decade?

I keep hearing and reading about the next 10 years being ...rough. I know this is all speculation but there's seems to be a consistent message here from the 'experts'. I'm curious, whether your believe this to be true or not, how would someone a decade from retirement even begin to prepare their portfolio for this? I'm 70% U.S. equities, 15% Int'l and the rest is small amounts of gold, crypto, cash & cash alternatives, and bonds. My U.S. holdings are pretty well balanced (close to the 3 fund portfolio methodology). Curious what others think is best here.
