He proposes $600 billion in new spending for defense. Most of that will go to existing defense contractors as well as startups like Anduril and ones to be formed. At a 5-10x revenue multiple, that is creating $3-6 trillion of wealth.
Kind of weird that one person is creating this demand rather than normal market forces of consumer demand.
