There is a parcel that I really want to get. It's not like it's a high demand piece of land but it fits in extremely well with my plans. I suspect it is going to be up for an Arkansas tax deed sale this year, but here's the thing - Arkansas still does in person sales. I would be willing to go out there in person ... that's how important this parcel is to me, but it would be expensive and very inconvenient. Is it possible to find someone that would bid on my behalf so I don't need to go out there myself?
