I'm not gonna lie to you guys, who ever conducted those studies that only around 20% of investors see great returns was genuinely lying 🤣 The only times I've ever really lost money was when I invested without doing much research, as well as when I was just impulsively putting in money and taking it out for short term gains and the like. It's to the point where, if you aren't making a decent amount you genuinely getting scammed or the universe hates you. It really can't be that hard yo 😮💨 and I'm not gonna lie, some of you just be choosing to fail (not failing as in going to negatives, but as in not making a decent amount), it actually feels illegal for me to investing like this.
Sometimes though it might not be your fault, I've had days where I couldn't sell my stocks because they were just too large and they plummeted etc, sometimes the market is unpredictable and things that should take months or longer can happen in days or weeks.
Other then that, whoever makes these studies is honestly using head canon
