I am planning on investing somewhere around €10.000 into an ETF. This investment would be long term. Since I hear a lot of good things about VOO and VTI I am leaning towards one of these two ETS's. Besides the positive things I've heard about these ETF's I've also heard that you need to pay 15% dividend tax and possibly US inheritance tax. Is this true and does that mean that it would be wiser to invest in some other ETF? If so, I am eager to hear reccommendiations for other options.
