Discipline is rarely an information problem

Looking back, my worst investment decisions were rarely about missing information.

Most of the time, they came down to how I felt: stress, uncertainty, ego.

What helped me more than I expected came from something completely unrelated to markets.

I started taking daily, unplanned walks outside with my dog, Blue no phone, no agenda, just being there.

That quiet repetition helped me feel more emotionally steady, and almost by accident, my decisions became clearer too…

Curious whether others here intentionally use off-market routines to stay disciplined over the Long run.
