What Are Your Criteria for Determining If a Stock Is Worth Investing In?

Yesterday, I made a post in the community discussing the recent AI tech boom and also shared my thoughts on Intel (INTC) as a stock. A lot of people responded that they’re not optimistic about INTC and think it can’t really compare to TSM or NVIDIA (NVDA). Admittedly, in some respects, Intel isn’t on the same level as those two companies right now.

However, I personally believe that INTC still has some short term investment value, and today’s rally kind of proved my point. I’ve always felt that a stock’s price movement isn’t determined solely by macro news things like capital flows and market trends are also important factors to consider in our research.

So I’m really curious when you’re deciding whether a stock is worth investing in, what aspects do you usually pay attention to? What are your standards and methods for evaluating a stock? I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts!
