Pokemon Cards have shown to be a great investment in recent years. But a hot take I have is that individual Pokemon singles, especially modern ones will crash and burn in prices. But something that I think won't ever crash or burn are Pokemon ETBs or sealed boxes. This is because if you buy them for MRSP and not Scalper Price, then they will forever be worth that amount if you decide to resell it. This is because Pokemon as a franchise will never die completely. There will always be a demand no matter how small. People love the rush of cracking open packs and if anything, inflation will guarantee your sealed boxes go up.
