Should I Tax Loss Harvest based on my current scenario?

YTD I have made approximately $61K in profit from selling stocks and doing CSPs and CCs, all short term gains. I have 3 stocks (NBIS, BMNR, and CRWV) that equate to about $35K in losses thus far, does it make sense to sell those off to TLH?

Does it still make sense to TLH if I believe that 1 or 2 of those stocks will eventually rebound in 2026?

**Scenario 1:** I dont do anything, I will pay capitals gains tax (37%) on $61K, which is around $22.5K.

**Scenario 2:** I go ahead and do the TLH and now my gains are $26K and my tax liability is $9600.

With Scenario 1, I would have effectively profited $38.5K.

With Scenario 2, I would profit around $16,400.

So what is the purpose of TLH if the profit is going to be considerably less?
