What is your definition of a value stock?

I've posted several times in this sub that I compare a company's Enterprise Value/Operating Profit multiple with the sum of its Operating Margin plus Projected Revenue Growth to calculate what I call a Value Score. I consider a score above 2.0 as a value candidate. Here is a list of stocks with a market cap above $100 billion sorted by Value Score:
