If Open Ai fails to help them not drown in their own debt….. What company would be positioned to make the biggest bid for acquisition, focusing on the patent side of technology? Would it be MS, Samsung, or Apple? Or would OpenAI use it as leverage to migrate into their competitors? I know oracle is sue happy like the rest of them, but I think their patents long term will heavily outweigh any investments they physically have.
