What to do with company stock?

I work at a non-MAANG tech company and have for 2 years. In this time, I’ve either been granted or bought at a discount the company’s stock which is currently valued at about $400,000.

My question is: Given this is 90% of my stock portfolio… what is the strategic thing to do with this? I do believe very strongly that the company will continue to grow and that this stock will grow, but I’m also a bit uncomfortable at the lack of diversity in my portfolio. Do people sell their company’s stock after a year of ownership and reinvest, or just stay the course, or?

Just looking for some advice. For context: I’m 29 years old, no children, home-owner, and do have the goal of retiring at 50.

Thank you!
