I Worked in oil and gas since I was 19 I got 800k in TFSA (got lucky with some penny stocks/nividia/ now mostly invested in sp500) 500 k left in mortgage 200 k in RRSP 3 rental properties (mortgage paid by tenants and some leftovers i save it as emergency for the business itself)
