I’m open to moderate risk, nothing too crazy. Goals are to retire (early if possible, but at all would be nice lol) and buy a home. I want to be invested in some tech but not entirely relying on its success (that bubble 🫧).
60% S&P etf (SPYM or FXAIX)
10% Some to risky but high dividend payout stock (AGNC)
10% Some to low risk dividend stock reits (VNQ and NNN)
7.5% mid cap etf
7.5% Small cap etf
5% bonds
