Retiree 1 million in 403b mandatory distributions

A relative of mine will be taking the mandatory distributions from their 403b soon. They currently have about 1m in there and were asking for advice on where to park the money. They want low risk. I recommended some vanguard funds made up of 70-80% bonds and 20-30% stocks off the top of my head. They already have all expenses covered plus extra through social security and pensions. No other debt to include their home. I also was thinking of recommending to keep a portion in money markets, HYSA, and cds as well. Any other advice Im not thinking of?
