So I have gotten frequent calls, emails, mailers for the last couple of months encouraging me to vote. Obviously after a while I looked as what they were asking for, but I have no clue if what they are asking us to vote for is good for shareholders or not. Does anyone have any insight into the changes they are trying to push through and if they are any good?
