Made a 5.5k loss on critical minerals. How to use this as a learning experience?
I fell for the hype train on critical minerals stocks and lost about 5.5k. Literally couldn’t think of a more perfect buy high sell low scenario. While I am super fucking bummed about it (this is my first loss and hopefully my last), I was wondering how you good people used your losses as a learning experience and how your strategy changed looking forward.
Right now, my positions are mainly S&P500, some blue chip stock and some mid cap growth stock like RKLB and NBIS. I am thinking of focusing mainly only blue chip and VOO from now on. My risk tolerance is low but am willing to put money into healthy growing companies.
Thanks and cheers.
