Anyone else tracking like 7 different investment accounts manually every month or just me?

34M, household income $185k, currently at $390k net worth, targeting $1.8M for FIRE at 45.

Here's what I'm managing:

Current employer 401k ($140k),

Previous employer 401k ($65k),

Traditional IRA ($15k),

Roth IRA ($45k),

HSA ($18k),Treating this as a stealth retirement account.

Taxable at Fidelity ($80k),

Taxable at Vanguard ($27k), Opened this because I wanted access to certain admiral shares.

Every single month I go through this process: log into seven different accounts, write down all the balances, calculate total net worth, compare to my FIRE spreadsheet, then calculate if I'm on track, it takes about 45 minutes and honestly feels ridiculous, by the time I'm done the market has moved and the numbers are already stale. My spouse thinks I'm obsessive (probably true) but also asks me "where are we at?" every month so clearly she values the tracking too. Personal Capital keeps trying to get me to talk to an advisor which I don't want. Also building spreadsheets that auto-update via API seems like overkill.

Is everyone pursuing FIRE doing this manual tracking dance or have you found a better system? Specifically interested in how others handle the multiple account problem while staying on top of their FI number progress.
