Hi!
Have had an Hsa for a year, just had open enrollment and chose it again. My employer uses health equity which requires $2000 cash before being able to invest. Then charges 0.03/month for the invested balance up to $10.
for this reason, i've been doing partial transfers to Fidelity to invest. my entire Hsa is in fidelity. I went to move the money over today and saw a notification of a new $25(!!!!!) fee for partial transfers.
I'm pissed off and not sure what to do now.
Should i keep health equity and just wait to accumulate enough to be able to invest and then eat the fees after that ? they have VIIIX and VTPSX which is what i would invest in 80/20, low expense ratios
or do i keep transferring to fidelity but only like twice a year or something? I would hate to have the cash just sitting there doing nothing in between but the -$25 every month would kill any gains
thx in advance
