[](https://www.reddit.com/r/ValueInvesting/?f=flair_name%3A%22Stock%20Analysis%22)Volt Carbon Technologies ($TORVF) - trying to understand the valuation here.
**The Numbers:**
* Market cap: \~$15M
* Trading: $0.029
* Graphite purification + graphene production
* Shipping commercial tonnes to North American customers
* Graphite operations reportedly cash-flow positive
* Recent DOE facility visit
**The Question:**
For a company with actual revenue, regulatory clearances, and positive cash flow in a strategic materials sector, a $15M valuation seems absurdly low.
What am I missing? Debt bomb? Dilution coming? Management issues? Or is this just a micro-cap nobody's paying attention to?
Looking for perspectives from anyone who's done DD on this one.
