At 45. Looking to retire in 15yrs. Leave investments alone? Or move to bonds?

What do you guys think? Many say don’t time the market, just stay in it and keep investing, I just hate seeing everything drop like a rock. I don’t even want to open my accounts, I don’t want to see the drop in value. Lmao

I know I still have 15yrs, but to move say $1.5M, then should the market tank 25% for the next year, throwing that money back and the low would be incredible. That alone would greatly impact retirement 15yrs from now.

Of course, if it goes the other way it would screw me/us. Thoughts?

Right now I’m more heavy in tech and of indexes (S&P etc) in my MFs.
