How can I invest in Dubai with 500–1000 AED/month as a non-resident?

Hey everyone,

I don’t live in Dubai, but I’m really interested in investing there long-term.

A few constraints:

* I can’t afford to buy property (way out of my budget right now)
* I can invest around 500–1000 AED per month
* I’d need to be able to invest remotely as a non-resident
* I’m only interested in legit, regulated options (no get-rich-quick stuff)

I’m trying to understand what realistic options I have. Specifically:

* Are there any Dubai/UAE-based REITs, ETFs, or funds that someone like me can slowly DCA into monthly?
* Is it possible to invest in Dubai stocks as a non-resident, and if so, which brokers do you use?
* Are there any fractional / crowdfunding real estate platforms in the UAE that are actually trustworthy?
* For small monthly investments like 500–1000 AED, what would make the most sense in Dubai vs just investing in my home country?

If you’re already doing something similar, I’d love to know.
