I can’t do much with real property, and even if I could, prices are whack, insurance is whack, rates are whack, ROI’s look tough…. etc…
Crypto is bouncing around with gold and silver at ATH, while every person I know over age 40 is talking about buying BC, etherium, xrp, and bullion from Costco… it feels like inevitable corrections are due…
Meanwhile, the Fed continues to print thanks to the current and prior administration… so dollar continues to weaken while inflation punishes anyone with cash in anything less than a money market…
And I frankly don’t trust wall street not to buckle under the combination of US debt & inflation, let alone the risk of a geopolitical catastrophe…
Someone smart, financially literate, tell me where can I put this money and have it make a reasonable return?
