At what point should you start to invest into etfs? I’m 18 and I have about 60k total combined in my brokerage accounts but I’m invested in 0 etfs.
I just feel like I can make a lot more money investing in stocks that I really believe in. Examples being stocks like rklb, onds, sana.
I’m aware that stocks can crash and I’ll lose all my money but the chances of that are really low and the opportunity cost of me being invested into an etf when I could be invested in these stocks that have been soaring recently is way too high.
I would love more insight on the benefits of just investing in etfs over individual stocks
