Do you consider ethics and sustainability in your investment decisions?

Personally, I struggle with this question and I am wondering how others approach it. Do you continue to invest in companies like META, PLTR, MO, and PM because of their track records and growth potential or do you avoid them due to the ethical concerns of their data handling, environmental impact, disregard for consumer health, etc? If you include them, do you balance that with investments in companies with stronger ethical standards? Which companies do you try to balance the ticket with?
