Im way too heavy on US equities and want to get more global equities and gold. I havent sold anything the whole time Ive been investing. I have 401Ks/rolled over ROTHs and a brokerage account with similar allocations. My main concern is taxes. Seems like the best route would be to leave the brokerage account alone and change the allocations in the tax shielded accounts. Everything is green this year at the moment so if I transact in the brokerage I imagine thats gonna come with a tax bill.
