Investing in company 401k doesn't seem to make sense

A little bit of info. I'm in my early 30s. I work for a company that offers a 401k and Roth IRA. On the side I do private investing through fidelity (which also offers a ROTH IRA). My company's 401k has a garbage match of 1.5% and the best funds available on average get 15% returns (per year).

I contribute 16% of my paycheck to that company 401k. With my remaining savings I first invest into a Roth IRA through through fidelity until it hits the yearly cap. Any savings beyond that goes into a taxable brokerage account. The Fidelity accounts on average have pulled returns greater than 30% (per year).

At this point I want to stop contributing to my company 401k all together and instead pour that income into the fidelity accounts, max the Roth then dump the remaining into the brokerage. I understand the company 401k is tax deferred, but at 15% returns at best and only 1.5% match it doesn't seem worth it.

Has anyone done something similar to this or can someone convince me otherwise, as to why this is a bad idea.
