A 65 yo relative has a 100k Fidelity IRA account which is currently all in SPAXX.
I'm being asked to suggest an investment but it has to be safe.
Does it make sense to move invest it into Tbills or bonds or SGOV for a better return tha the <4% , I'm getting with SPAXX.
I'm not very familiar with the options
