Question about purchasing shares before company goes private after buyout

After reading in the news that two investment firms are going to pay EA shareholders $210 per share, I was curious if it would not be a good idea to purchase EA shares while it is under $210? Let’s say the deal was guaranteed, could doing this net you profit?
